(1) HAG-2B silver 2% is equivalent to the American standard AWSBCuP-6, national standard BCu91PAg and L209; it has good fluidity and charging ability and is widely used in air conditioning, refrigeration, electromechanical industries for copper and copper alloy soldering. Melting point 645-790 degrees Celsius.

(2) HAG-5B 5% is equivalent to the American standard AWSBCuP-3 GBC U88PAG and L205; it has plasticity suitable for welding loosely fitted copper and alloy joints. Melting point 645-815 degrees Celsius.

(3) HAG-15B 15% is equivalent to the American standard AWSBCuP-5 national standard BCu80AgP and L204; the connector has good plasticity and improved conductivity, especially suitable for uneven spacing situations. Brazing can withstand vibration loads for copper and alloy joints. Melting point 645-800 degrees Celsius.

How to store silver solder

1. Storage location for silver rods: The warehouse where silver rods are stored should have a dry and ventilated environment to avoid moisture. Avoid the presence of liquids that are easily volatile or corrosive such as water, acids, bases; they should not coexist in the same warehouse. Welding rods should be placed on wooden pallets and not directly on the floor or against walls.

2. When accessing and transporting welding rods, be careful not to break the packaging. Especially the internal packaging 'heat shrink film'. Open the silver rod packaging as soon as possible (to be used within a week); if the welding rod is directly exposed to air, the time to prevent oxidation will be greatly shortened (especially in environments with humid corrosive media).

3. Distribute welding rods according to the 'first in first out' principle to minimize product inventory time. Please categorize storage based on rod type and specifications to prevent misuse.
