(3) Improving the surface formation of the weld seam: After melting, the flux becomes slag that covers the surface of the molten pool, allowing the molten pool to solidify on the inner surface of the slag, resulting in a smooth and aesthetically pleasing weld seam surface. Additionally, solder also helps prevent spatter and improve deposition efficiency.
