  • Product description
  • The leading products include: silver-based solder (agent), copper-based solder (agent), aluminum-based solder (agent), solder, copper solder paste, brazing flux, silver solder, gas flux, brazing materials, aluminum solder, aluminum brazing flux, gas shielded welding wire, silver brazing and other products. The products are widely used in automobile radiators, air conditioning and refrigeration, refrigerators, electric heating, hardware, glasses and other industries; and are directly exported to North and South America, Europe, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions.

This product is a white paste that does not clump, separate, or block pipes even after long-term storage. It can be used with automatic soldering machines and automatic dispensing machines, suitable for dispensing needle diameters of Φ0.2mm-Φ1.2mm.

This product has strong activity and good welding fluidity. It can be used with silver-based or copper-based soldering materials in the temperature range of 560~870℃ to solder hard alloys, diamonds, or high-temperature alloy pieces onto blades and saw blade bases. It effectively removes oxides, improves the wetting performance of the solder on the base material, increases the permeability of the solder, and ensures dense joints and welds with minimal residue after welding. It is suitable for flame, induction, and other welding methods, especially for industries such as serrated alloy blades and tools.
