This product is a brown paste that does not clump, separate, or block pipes even after long periods of storage. It can be used in automatic soldering machines and automatic dispensing machines, suitable for dispensing needle diameters from Φ0.2mm to Φ1.2mm.

This product has strong activity and good welding fluidity. It can be used with silver-based or copper-based soldering materials within the temperature range of 560~870℃ to solder hard alloys, diamonds, or high-temperature alloy pieces onto blade and saw blade substrates. It effectively removes oxides, improves the wetting performance of the soldering material on the base material, increases the permeability of the soldering material, and ensures dense joints and welds with minimal residue after welding. It is suitable for flame, induction, and other welding methods, especially for industries involving serrated alloy blades and tools.
